Uncle Phil (and Rob's) Wedding

When brother and sister learn that Daddy's best friend "Uncle" Phil is going to get married, they are initially confused. First of all they didn't know Phil had a partner — and second, that his partner was a man named Rob. Rob? Who is Rob?
