Sparkle Craft: Journal Prompts
Journaling — or writing down your thoughts, feelings, experiences and ideas — is a powerful practice. Taking the time to get our fears and uncomfortable feelings down on paper helps us both to understand ourselves and to allow the feelings to move. We can track our thinking and learning over time. We can get a sense of what's important to us. We can even discover new things about ourselves — and surprise ourselves — if we try practices that invite us to "let go" a bit in our writing.
Sometimes all we need to get started is a good prompt! Here are 30 of our favorite sentence stems to get you going:
