Friday's Kind Words: Creating Positive Associations
I should preface this by saying that we have not yet had a chance to listen to these new stories, but that we are long long time fans and love (LOVE!) everything you have done with Sparkle Stories.
This is no exception. Our family is not Muslim, but we have very close family friends and dear neighbors who are, and we feel a real kinship to the faith through these connections. Thank you for making these stories - I am so grateful that my children will have another positive association with the Islamic faith through Martin and Sylvia! (Actually, I was in tears reading your email. I know some of my hijab I friends are worried about being out alone on some days. These stories are such a lovely counterpoint to so much of the negativity).
