Friday's Kind Words: Words and Tools
I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for the wonderful stories. We spend nearly two hours in the car on an ordinary day. I love the ability to have that time be part of my six-year-old's social-emotional curriculum (along with some history and other social studies). The stories inspire his curiousity and his creativity. As his baby sister gets bigger, they also give him words and tools for a gentle, kind, nurturing relationship with her. When he grows up, he plans to name his children Martin and Sylvia.
