Adventure (Always!)
Hello Sparkle friends and adventurers!
Welcome to July! Here at Sparkle, we're devoting the month of July to the theme of adventure.
Here's the deal: if we look at life as an adventure, it brings such delight and curiosity to everything, doesn't it?
Imagine that for yourself. My life is an adventure. Say it a few times. What happens to your body and mind? Are you not a tiny bit more excited about what's to come? A tiny bit tingly in your body? And a tiny bit more curious about everything in your reality?
And who says we can't let that be true? I know our rather serious adult brains want to brush off this exercise, but you can recognize the truth embedded in it: everything is a story we're telling! From the story of "who we are" to the story of "how the world works." Let's tell stories that bring our lives to life!
The theme of adventure runs through many many many of our stories. The Adventures topic has 188 stories in it. Martin & Sylvia are masters of creating adventure wherever they go, as are Libby & Dish!
I'm starting with Libby & Dish this week. If you don't know them, we'll introduce them to you. They are the dearest! Their adventures happen in the Big City (visit our Adventure in the Big City playlist here!) — and their way of navigating life is truly unique.
I hope that their "adventures are everywhere" attitude inspires your family!
